Nichols via her lawyer filed a legal request to submit text messages allegedly sent between her and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit against him.

Nichols is suing the Sacramento Kings player for child support despite the fact that her baby has yet to be born, according to the Daily Mail.

The baby was allegedly conceived on Thompson’s 30th birthday in March, when he and Khloe Kardashian were still dating.

In the request, obtained by The New York Post, Nichols claims he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.

The shock accusation comes just hours after it was revealed the Sacramento Kings player is allegedly expecting a third child.

The documents submitted to the court allege: “It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties’ relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas”.

The document notes that Thompson denied sending any of the messages but also claims “his contact information is present in the messages”.

Nichols’ lawyer declined to comment.

Nichols, who moved from Houston to Los Angeles, is due to give birth this week.

Thompson has acknowledged having sex with Nichols several times at a hotel after the pair attended a party together, according to a declaration included in the filing.

He filed a request demanding she take a paternity test in July. As of November 15, she had not taken a test, but in a subsequent filing he said he would pay child support if the child was his.

However, Thompson claims that night was the only time he was intimate with Nichols, but lawyers for Nichols claim their affair began at least “five months” before his 30th birthday and involved Nichols travelling to California on multiple occasions and continued after she got pregnant.

Kardashian is also mentioned in his statement, which was signed off on August 5, and is referred to as Thompson’s “ex-girlfriend” and the mother of his child, True Thompson.

Thompson also has a four-year-old son, Prince Thompson, with model ex Jordan Craig, 30.

In November, Thompson filed an emergency motion for confidentiality order and motion to seal file.

According to the docs, the confidentiality order was granted, but his motion to seal the records were denied.

Kardashian and Thompson broke up after Instagram model Sydney Chase came forward and claimed in an April interview that he had slept with her in the fall.
