Four clubs continue to fight for access to Serie A of Catarinense 2017

The sixth round of the return of the Catarinense Serie B Championship started last Sunday (23) and ended this Tuesday (25). After the 1-0 victory over Operário de Mafra, the leader Admiral Barroso remained at the top of the table with 34 points. The runner-up is the Atlético Tubarão who also beat Barra by the score of 1 to 0 and reached 32 points. In addition to Barroso and Tubarão, Juventus Jaraguá and Concórdia, respectively, 3rd and 4th place, both with 27 points still fight for a spot in the G2, with three rounds remaining for the end of the championship.

Jaraguá and Concórdia played the opening game of the 6th round of the return, playing at João Marcatto Stadium, in Jaraguá do Sul, Sunday (23), starting at 10am. The result was bad especially for Juventus, 3rd place who is still fighting for access, with 27 points, five less than Atlético Tubarão - second place. While Marcílio Dias only fulfills the table, in 7th place, with 16 points.

And to close Sunday's games, leader Almirante Barroso defeated Operário de Mafra, at the Alfredo Herbst Stadium, in Mafra. The victory kept Almirante Barroso at the top of the table, with 34 points and practically guaranteed the team's access to Serie A of the 2017 Catarinense Championship. The Mafra team only fulfills the table, in 6th position, with 23 points.

And to end the round, Barra was defeated by deputy leader Atlético Tubarão, under a lot of rain at the Augusto Bauer Stadium, in Brusque. With the victory, Tubarão opened five points of advantage for Juventus - third place, and consolidated the team in the dispute for access to Serie A of Catarinense. Barra faces a terrible phase, without winning in seven games, continues in 8th place, with 15 points.
