With process in TJD, Grêmio Maringá seeks vacancy in Paranaense 2017
O Paranaense Championship 2017it is already marked by the first imbroglio. After the arbitration held on September 26in which 11 of the 12 representatives of the participating teams participated - the only club that was not present at the meeting was FC Cascavel, who justified his absence - the tournament will be judged at the Full Court of the Sports Court (TJD-PR) this Thursday fair (20).
Grêmio Maringá filed a guarantee warrant asking for the stoppage of the elite championship of Paraná football. The board of Galo Guerreiro requests the departure of Cianorte (champion of the Second State Division 2020) and its inclusion in the place of Leão, based on paragraph 1 of article 48, of the General Regulations of football competitions organized or administered by the Paranaense Federation of Football Season 2020. “The club that Leave a competition will automatically be suspended from all competitions organized by the FPF in the following year, without prejudice to the combination of sanctions provided for in the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice, applied by the Sports Justice ”. The table was approved and published on the FPF website on 05/17 - Act 22/2016 with Cianorte, and on June 07 the board of Leão do Vale announced the withdrawal of the competition. “We ended up deciding not to participate in the FPF Cup for some reasons. First, because it is a U-23 competition, in which few of our squad are of this age. So, would we have to set up a group practically? From scratch? When we talk about maintenance for the first division, it is in relation to the squad that they made a beautiful campaign in the access division. We chose to spend energy on renewing the contract and loan of our athletes, so that we can actually have continuity ”, said the president of Cianorte, Lucas Franzato, to the Catve.com portal.
In an interview with Field Writing, the executive president of Grêmio Maringá, David Marcelo Ferreira (Kadu), stated that Cianorte had 24 hours after the referee to withdraw from the championship, but did not seek the FPF. “When we signed the minutes on the day of the arbitration, everyone was aware that after 24 hours of that meeting, the championship would actually start.
