On Wednesday afternoon (9), the Hunter Athletic Club filed a letter with the Catarinense Football Federation (FCF), declaring the abandonment of the club Catarinense Championship C Series 2015.

According to a note released by the FCF, the Attorney of the Sports Justice Court (TJD-SC) must denounce the Hunter in article 204 of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code (CBJD), together with article 86 of the General Regulations for Competitions organized by the Catarinense Federation of Football, which provides for the prohibition of participation in competitions organized by FCF for 2 years, with a fine of R $ 100.00 to R $ 1000.00 for abandonment after the start of the championship.

Due to the Hunter's withdrawal, the FCF Competitions Department canceled all the club's matches in Serie C of Campeonato Catarinense 2015. This is the third club that leaves the competition, the Oeste Futebol Clube it's the Pinheiros Sporte Club had the competition shutdown before the Serie C Catarinense started.
