Francisco Beltrão is convicted by the TJD-PR for irregularities and loses 9 points

O Francisco Beltrão was judged by the 1st Disciplinary Commission of the Sports Court of Paraná (TJD-PR), on the last 23rd, due to irregularities in the registration of his athletes in the games against Toledo e Cianorte. The team was condemned to lose nine points in the standings - 3 points in the match against Toledo and another 6 points against Cianorte - unanimously.

The Beltronense club was denounced for non-compliance with articles 14 of the competition rules, in article 23 of the rules of competitions organized by Paraná Football Federation (FPF) and finally, article 214 of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice, which falls under items 1, 2 and 3.

The penalty has already been decreed, Francisco Beltrão will have to pay around R $ 4,450.00 in fines, this amount being divided into R $ 2,000.00 for each game played and R $ 450.00 for not presenting the ID card. your athletes. Apart from the fine, the team will also lose nine points, thus getting its negative score.

Wanted by our team, Mr. Kinkas Silva, president of Francisco Beltrão spoke. "We will not appeal the decision," he said. The club's representative was also summoned by the TJD-PR, to explain about the irregularities of its athletes.

Remember the case

Francisco Beltrão was unable to enroll any of his 18 athletes for his debut in the Access Division, but even so there was Toledo, where on March 8 he faced Toledo CW and lost 3-0 at Estádio 14 de Dezembro. In the next round, on March 15, again the club entered the field, if no athlete regularized and beat Cianorte by 1 to 0, the match was at Estádio Anilado.

In the next round, Francisco Beltrão travels to Curitiba, where he faces the Andraus, in a location not yet defined. The match is scheduled for Monday (6) at 15:30.
